Hi! We are Dave & Julie Burchett and we found out firsthand that, when we decided to move from our home of twenty years to a newer home for our retirement, we needed lots of answers as we searched for just the right solutions. From the perspective of Pam providing all the answers, examples of questions we had regarding how to give our original home that special look included (1) how do we give it great curb appeal, (2) what changes should we consider on the inside of the home, (3) who could make the quality repairs we needed on the sidewalk in a timely manner, etc. The changes we made to our original home were all handled quickly and with quality even though we were out of town while most of the changes were being made. Naturally we had different types of questions on the new home for Pam involving the current price of the house, possible resale value, the neighborhood, plans for our new area in general, where we might get the best deal on the financing, etc. Again, Pam had all the answers we were seeking. At the same time she was quick to remind us that she could provide answers/information/possible solutions from her perspective at “this point in time”, but naturally all the final decisions were to be made by us.

The end result of Pam’s support enabled us to totally transition from one home to another in less than ninety days. She is a wonderful person to work with. Knowing everything I know now about the move, we would do everything the same way again. Pam was the key to our successful transition.
