Corny Dip

This is a favorite dip to serve at parties or family gatherings. It is fun because it is a little bit different!

    1 can Mexicorn, undrained

    8 oz whipped cream cheese

    1/3 c. Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)

    1/4th-1/3rd cup chopped jalapeno peppers

    1/4th cup finely chopped onion

    1/4th t. garlic salt

     2 cups finely grated cheddar cheese

Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for a least a couple of hours. (it is better if it sits overnight).

Serve with Tostito scoops or crackers.
